Project Overview

The Heritage Layover Facility project supports the future extension of GO Transit service by providing essential infrastructure for train storage and maintenance. Our team was responsible for developing high-fidelity visualizations of the proposed facility, illustrating its spatial organization, operational flow, and integration within the surrounding context. Through detailed 3D modeling and immersive AR/VR experiences, we translated complex technical designs into accessible visual formats to assist with stakeholder engagement and public communication. These visual tools played a key role in demonstrating how the facility aligns with Metrolinx’s long-term transit goals while minimizing impact on the adjacent residential and natural landscapes.
