Project Overview

Concept Dash led the architectural design and planning of a residential development at 50 Golf Course Lane, Napanee.This project focused on delivering efficient, modern housing in a growing residential neighbourhood. Taking advantage of the site's natural 2-meter elevation difference from the road, the design incorporates a stilt-level parking solution that maximizes land use without compromising aesthetics or functionality. Located adjacent to Southview Public School and approximately 200 meters from a railway line, the site required thoughtful planning to ensure safety, accessibility, and community integration. The development contributes to the town's housing needs while blending seamlessly with its surroundings.
